This website, 3dtoreal.com, is an online 3D printing service: you upload a model, receive an instant quote, and we print and ship the part from Dénia, Spain. This notice is published in compliance with art. 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE); the operator’s identity is stated above.

Your models, your intellectual property

The 3D model files you upload remain entirely yours. We claim no rights over them, use them only to quote and produce your order, never share them beyond the production process, and delete them on the schedule described in the privacy policy. By uploading a model you confirm you hold the rights needed to have it printed.

Site content

The site’s own content — texts, design, logo and software — belongs to the operator and may not be reproduced without permission. Prices shown by the calculator are quotes with a stated validity period; a contract arises when an order is confirmed and paid.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for models we print faithfully to the file supplied; printability checks are an aid, not a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain any rights granted by the law of their country of residence; the conditions that govern purchases — ordering, cancellation, delivery and warranty — are set out in our terms of sale.
