Cookies policy
Last updated 5 September 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses technical cookies it cannot work without — those need no consent under the ePrivacy rules — plus a single optional statistics cookie (Google Analytics). The statistics cookie is set only if you accept it in the consent banner; if you decline, nothing is loaded and the site works exactly the same.
Cookies this site sets
- session — keeps you logged into your customer account. Set only when you log in; expires after 30 days; inaccessible to page scripts (httpOnly).
- lang — remembers your language choice. Set when you use the language switcher; kept for 1 year.
- cookie_consent — remembers your answer to the cookie banner (accepted or declined) so we do not ask again. Kept for 12 months.
Cookies set by our infrastructure
Payment happens on checkout.stripe.com; any cookies there are set by Stripe on its own domain and governed by Stripe’s policies.
- Cloudflare (e.g. __cf_bm) — our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set short-lived security cookies to distinguish humans from bots. They expire within about 30 minutes and are not used to track you across sites.
Statistics cookies (only with your consent)
If — and only if — you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how people find us. Nothing from Google is loaded before you accept, and declining changes nothing about how the site works.
Google Ireland Ltd processes this data for us. The cookies it sets are:
- _ga — distinguishes visitors with a random identifier. Kept for up to 14 months.
- _ga_* — keeps the visit session state for our Google Analytics property. Kept for up to 14 months.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw or grant consent at any time with the buttons at the end of this page — one click, just like the banner. If you withdraw after accepting, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser. You can also simply delete the cookie_consent cookie in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit. Declining or withdrawing never limits what the site can do.
If we ever add any other cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent through the banner before setting it, and update this page first.
